Seamless Client Managment
Unum is a secure, web-based client and document management system designed specifically for clinical evaluators and treatment providers within the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) DUI Intervention Registry. Built from the same powerful foundation as PASS, Unum was tailored exclusively to meet the workflow, documentation, and compliance needs of DBHDD providers—bringing everything into one centralized platform.
The system supports a virtually paperless evaluation and treatment process, including online document generation, electronic signing of Releases of Information, and secure document sharing. Built-in behavioral health assessments allow providers to request and manage client evaluations seamlessly. The platform includes dedicated clinician, client, and auditor portals, along with audit checklists and templates developed specifically for Georgia providers.
Unum also enables collaboration. Parole officers, probation officers, and other approved healthcare partners can securely share and receive documents within the system. And when clients require continued care, they can be transferred directly to another DBHDD provider within Unum—keeping all records connected in one place.
