The core of the Professional Assessment Software Suite (PASS) consists of three proprietary automated assessment instruments: NEEDS, SALCE, and JASAE. These instruments, combined with an electronic record, allow for tracking of client information, running multiple surveys and classifying clients into trackable groups. Additionally custom questions may also be added to the end of each instrument to gather additional or required information.
PASS was designed to give customers an all-in-one assessment system with convenient features online. Customers can manually enter client survey results or provide the client with an automated entry process using the web. Once the information is entered, the record is saved in a database with client information and assessment reports. Multiple authorized users can access the record to view the assessment report, edit the record, conduct a follow-up assessment, and print reports.
