A data collection system must be designed with reporting needs in mind. Reporting requirements should be determined at the onset and collected consistently. ADE's assessment and case management system allows programs to determine data collection items that are vital. Reporting, data analysis and database query functions provide customers with a number of ways to utilize the data once it is collected.

We believe in a "best practices" approach to assessments for substance abuse with regard to capturing relevant data to report on outcomes: individual outcomes to measure change in client behavior and program outcomes to measure the efficacy of the program.

We will work with customers to develop reports that suit program needs. We will design reports that accurately reflect the information gathered, while returning the information in a consistent, readable, simple to use format.
